I had a fantastic experience at Cashbuild today. I called to ask if they had a product instock - no transfer of call to another section. Nadia, who answered my call, had first hand, accurate information for me. NEVER have I had such service from any hardware store. I jumped in my car and drove 20km to Cashbuild Landsdowne, and I can tell you it was well worth it. The price of the Eco water-tank was competitive, and I received amazing customer service from happy and helpful staff. Thank you!

Worst service ever recieved, trying to exchange the material after what i have been quoted on is incorrect. Getting to the store at 08:00 am, im still here the matter is not solved. So they cannot give me my money back, so that we do a normal refurund, go to another cashbuild and get what i need. Then thy try to create a cashbuild card so that i can just go and grab and leave. No they will rather transfer the funds from delft to mitchells plain. Which is costing me 5 hours, while the builder is waiting on me. The staff is very incompetent shame
