I was at Cashbuild Mayfield today looking for a plumbling fitting with without plumber then a generous lady at the till point Whitney refered me to Austin a guy on the Floor to assist me He listened carefully and helped me after .and my shower works perfectly fine Thanks to this gentleman with his exception services .

Good evening Cashbuild Mayflied today i was touched by a young man Customer service Austin .he offered me a well professional customer service which i never had since i was buying building material since foundation level .he found me confused not knowing which suitable paint for inside wall could use .and the paint i wanted was not kept in the store .he had to go extra miles to ask me what is your favorite colour,i told him is Aquamarine then he presented three difference colours(dye) for me to mix inside 20L and when i got home i did that .truly did the paint i was looking for. Im a Happy Customer now Austin Deserves to be acknowledge for his dedication From Thandaza
